Our Leadership & Mission
Company president Jim Millican founded The Ashton Group, Inc. in 1994, and Ashton Technology Solutions in 2005. In addition to his information systems expertise, Jim possesses the rare ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people, and as a native Clevelander, he understands the unique challenges facing Northeast Ohio businesses.
Over the past decade, Jim has assembled a team of experts who support his mission of being the best source for current and future information-technology solutions. Jim's open, collaborative leadership style promotes teamwork and innovation, which enables the company to find unique solutions to difficult problems, and the array of professional development opportunities he provides his team keeps the company one step ahead of the competition.
